Simpatica is the holiday flat for up to 2 people and is situated on the ground floor. Before its restoration in the 1990s, these rooms were used as cowsheds. It is a cosy flat that stays wonderfully cool in summer because the spacious roof prevents direct sunlight from entering. The apartment still has original old terracotta tiles, and wooden beamed ceilings typical of rural Italy. If you are looking for a flat on the ground floor where you can walk straight outside and which is simply but cosily and comfortably furnished, then Simpatica is for you.
