Simpatica is our holiday apartment for up to 2 people and is situated on the ground floor. Before its restoration in the 1990s, these rooms were used as cowsheds. It is a cosy apartment that stays wonderfully cool in summer because the spacious porch roof prevents direct sunlight from entering. The apartment still has original old terracotta tiles, and the wooden beamed ceilings that are so characteristic of rural Italy. If you are looking for an apartment on the ground floor where you can walk straight outside and that is simple but cosy and comfortable, then Simpatica is for you.
